EVENLODE PC MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL AT 4 P.M. ON THURSDAY 2ND APRIL 2026
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A MEETING PURELY TO RESOLVE ITEM 4 ON THE AGENDA. ON THIS OCCASION THERE WILL BE NO OPEN MEETING FOR ANY OTHER MATTERS TO BE RAISED. THE PUBLIC MAY ATTEND.

To consider the following: Further to the resolution at item 3 in the minutes of the last meeting on 31/01/26, Broadwell PC has advised that it will not give any contribution to the payment of counsel’s fee of £3000 for advice on the Evenlode Grounds Change of Use application to CDC. In the light of that information, the PC now resolves to contribute a further £500 towards the payment of Counsel’s fee, so that it contributes half of the total due to Counsel ; with Adlestrop Parish Meeting contributing the other half of the fee.
